Bellini BW STAB 200ml is a stabilizer for black and white films, formulated to protect negatives from oxidation, microbial growth, and long-term deterioration. Additionally, it acts as a wetting agent, improving drying by minimizing water spots and streaks.
To use, dilute at a 1+99 ratio (10ml of stabilizer per 990ml of water). After fixing and washing your film, immerse it in the solution for 1-2 minutes, gently agitating for even distribution. Do not rinse after the stabilizing bath; simply hang the film to dry naturally.
This essential final step not only ensures archival stability but also results in cleaner, spot-free negatives, making scanning and printing easier.
