Information and general conditions about your order
Your order represents an offer to purchase one or more products of our offer represented on this website.
Once you have made the purchase option, you accept the conditions and delivery services that we offer you. At that moment, you will receive an email to confirm the shipment.
The email is a confirmation that we have received your offer to purchase our products.
We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to your order in case of limits applied to products with low availability.
Prices
Our prices are shown in Euros and include the legal value added taxes required by the Spanish government.
The availability of our products in the store is shown on the information page of each item. When processing your order, we will notify you by email if any product in your order is unavailable, out of stock or if delivery is delayed for any other reason.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The current prices will be those shown on the website. If due to any error or confusion, the price shown on our online store is not the appropriate one, we will duly inform you before sending the product.
At any time, we may have various promotional offers in the store. The offers usually have an expiration date, but we reserve the right to terminate them at any time without having to justify the change on our part. In addition, all promotions end when the offered product is sold out. The customer will not have the right to request the application of withdrawn or cancelled offers.
Method of Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
PayPal, PayPal deferred, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Bancomat, Eps, Giropay.
If you want to avoid additional charges, we recommend you to request the PayPal payment service.
The availability of these payment methods may be conditioned by technical problems or other situations beyond the control of our store. We also reserve the right to add or remove payment methods as appropriate.
Product Shipments
Unless otherwise stated, all orders placed by 1 pm CET will be processed in the same day.
All shipments will be handled to the chosen carried within 24 hours on working days.
We reserve the right to upgrade the shipment method to a different carrier if we deem it is a better option for the buyer (e.g.for reasons of delivery speed or reliability).
The ownership and risk of loss of the products will be passed to the buyer once shipped to the address indicated in the Order Confirmation.
Once the products have been delivered to the carrier, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the email address indicated when placing the order.
We cannot be held responsible in any case for any costs arising from the delivery of the products.
Returns
Before returning an item, please contact us in order to receive a return authorization for your purchase. This is absolutely necessary in order to correctly process your return.
Dissatisfaction with the product once you have received it.
You have 30 calendar days to receive a refund if you are not satisfied with the product. You will receive a voucher for the amount or value of your purchase valid for three months.
All items must be returned in their original packaging in perfect condition and without any trace of use. The documentation included in the package must also be returned in perfect condition.
The return costs will not be refunded if the return is not duly justified.
Please contact us before returning your order.
Damaged items
Please contact customer service immediately to obtain a return authorization. We will reimburse you for shipping costs only for items with manufacturing defects.
Your product purchased on our website is backed by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. After the first year, in order to be subject to warranty rights, the product must be analyzed and inspected by a specialized expert, according to the law of warranties in Spain.
We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect use or handling or abuse of the article.
The damaged item and the invoice must be included in the return in order to make the exchange. In addition, a note explaining the defect of the product must be included.
ALL FILMS OFFERED AS EXPIRED OR EXPERIMENTAL are sold as is and are excluded from any warranty unless otherwise specified in the product description.
Manufacturer's Warranty
Most new items listed on our websites offer a substantial period of manufacturer's warranty. Please read the specific product specifications for more information.

- These terms and conditions set out the full extent of our obligations and responsibilities in respect of the supply of products, the performance of telephone support and warranty services, and the performance of any services.
- Except as specified in the following clause, there are no warranties, conditions or other terms binding upon us in connection with the supply of products or the provision of services, except as expressly stated on this page.
- Under current Spanish law, there are certain implied warranties and conditions, mainly relating to the quality of the product, which we must comply with and we include them as we are required to do so. You should contact your local consumer information office for more details about these requirements. If we are not required to honor these implied warranties and conditions, we do not do so. In particular, we are not responsible for ensuring that the products meet your purposes unless you have informed us of them.
- In cases where you claim financial compensation under the law, we will try to limit compensation to direct damages. There is nothing in the contract which limits or excludes our liability in cases of death or injury caused by our own negligence, fraud or any breach of our implied obligations under mandatory national laws which apply to us as owner or any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- In compliance with the clauses, we shall not be liable under the contract for any loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any consequential indirect loss or damage of any kind whatsoever, however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise.
- In compliance with clauses above, our maximum aggregate liability under the contract, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall in no circumstances exceed the amount paid for the services or products in question.
- You may have other legal rights in addition to the rights set out in these terms; find out about them from citizen information organizations.
Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
